Yoga is one of the oldest teachings on how to bring the body, mind and soul in harmony with one another. The high goal in yoga is to calm the mind and to feel completely satisfied and balanced.
Yoga is about discipline and continous practice of various postures, the Asanas; the breath control, called Pranayama and meditation and chanting.
Yoga is a sport that is directed inwards. You get to know yourself better in Yoga, you test your own limits and gradually expand them.
